End-User License Agreement

These terms are between you and Club HQ, which runs Club HQ. By using Club HQ, you agree to them.

Using Club HQ

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Club HQ for your club's scheduling, tips, pay and planning while these terms are in effect. Keep your sign-in and iPad PIN to yourself, and don't try to get into information your role doesn't allow, or interfere with how Club HQ works.

Your club's information

Your club owns what it puts into Club HQ. Owners are responsible for its accuracy, including hours, rates, tips and checks, and for having the right to enter information about the people on their roster. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Estimates are not advice

The rate calculator, reports and pay figures are tools to help you plan and keep records. They aren't tax, legal, accounting or payroll advice. Check important decisions with your accountant.

QuickBooks Online

If you connect QuickBooks, you confirm you're allowed to connect that company. Club HQ reads its reports to fill in your expenses, and you can disconnect at any time. Your use of QuickBooks itself is covered by Intuit's terms.

Availability

We work to keep Club HQ running and accurate, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Ending

You can stop using Club HQ at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. A club can ask us to delete its information, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Using Club HQ after a change means you accept it.
